Acme Sewing Machine

For complete information, please scroll down the page. My travel is now very limited, so if you are interested in attending a workshop or lecture, please contact the shop or guild that is sponsoring it.

If you attend one of my classes, please bring all the feet for quilting for your machine--walking and all free-motion. Also have the machine in good working order and know how to adjust tension, set it up for free motion, and have the correct needle and threads. Please e-mail me at diane@dianegaudynski.net for advice ahead of time if you have questions. A prepared quilter will get more out of a class. Also, I would appreciate it if you would not wear perfume to class or use chemical products in class. Thanks!

Wheeler and Wilson Sewing Machine

This is my great-great-grandmother's sewing machine, a Wheeler and Wilson treadle. It was the first machine with feed dogs, had glass feet, and sewed sideways! She machine quilted with it of course.
